DemoHop video calls rely on your browser and operating system's settings to join and participate in live video calls.

  2. This is a check list of various browser and operating system settings to check to ensure webRTC and your camera & mic are ready to be used.
  3. In addition to network speed, packet lost is a major reason for poor call quality. Use this tool to measure your current packet loss. If it shows high packet loss, restart your computer, move closer to the signal or connect to another network.
