Maximizing booth traffic

Booths are shown in a random order to each new visitor. This ensures traffic is distributed evenly to all the booths. However, savvy booth owners will be thoughtful about presenting their booth to maximize traffic. Here are our tips.

💥 #1 Thumbnail

Use an eye-catching booth thumbnail image. Landscape orientation images work best!

Use eye-catching thumbnails for your booth.

🤗 #2 Profile Photos

All hosts should have a photo in their profile. Booths with photos are more welcoming, inviting and get more traffic.

Smiles attract traffic.

💯 #3 Name it clearly

Give your booth a clear name + write an impactful description that teases what visitors will learn when they visit.

A clear name and pithy description

👀 #4 Optimized for Search

Include well-known terms in your booth's name or description. If your team is known by a code name or project, included it in your description and ask people you know to search for you by name.

✅ #5 Encourage bookmarking

If your event will have a preview period before the scheduled event date, encourage visitors to bookmark your booth so they can find and prioritize your booth on the day of the event.

If your booth overview has a video, conclude the video by asking to bookmark your booth.

🤩 #6 Attend the event and visit other booths

When it is a colleague's turn to host your booth, get out and explore the event! Others can learn about your booth from your profile. They can bookmark it for later or visit it directly from your profile page.
